Payment for services must be made according to the terms outlined in the project agreement. AndDan Ltd reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for overdue payments.
5. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients will receive ownership of the final design files. AndDan Ltd retains the right to display the work in portfolios and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed upon.
6. Confidentiality
AndDan Ltd agrees to keep client information confidential and will not disclose any sensitive information to third parties without explicit consent.
7. Revisions and Refunds
Revisions will be provided as outlined in the project agreement. Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to a deduction for work already completed.
8. Termination of Services
Either party may terminate services with written notice. If services are terminated by the client, they are responsible for payment for work completed up to the termination date.
9. Force Majeure
AndDan Ltd will not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of nature, government regulations, or any other force majeure event.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the United Kingdom.
